- 160 RMB is the cost by taxi from the downtown Xian to Army of Terracotta Warriors. Very often you have to bargain with your taxi driver.
- You can take Bus no. 306 from Xi’an Railway Station to the Terracotta Army Museum

- On the left side of the Ticketing Office, there is the Tourist Information Center which offers free luggage storage service
- The museum site is divided into three parts 1-3 (named in order of discovery). Pit 1 is the largest and has had the most restoration done. It is here you can see the columns of soldiers followed by war chariots. Carry on to Pits 2 and 3
- Pit 2 is the most complete pit, as it houses all types of terracotta warriors found so far, including infantries, cavalries, chariot warriors and archers
- Pit 3 encompasses the chariot and horse chamber, northern wing room and southern wing room
- The Bronze Chariots and Horses can be found in the Exhibition Hall of Historical Relics of Emperor Qin Shihuang’s Mausoleum next to Pit 2
